South Wales Male Voice Choir

There's nothing like the rousing song of a Welsh male voice choir - especially when it comes at the most unexpected of moments.

Local man Sean Morgan was out for a Christmas party on Tuesday afternoon with some of his co-workers when he suddenly got caught up in an impromptu service from Pontarddulais Male Voice Choir.

The 15-strong group of singers were in the Queens Hotel in Swansea maritime quarter when they burst out with a mini concert for the other pub patrons.

"When they started singing it surprised everyone but the dozen or so of us that were there had a fantastic repertoire of about eight songs, " Sean said.

"The choir were there for a couple of casual drinks but obviously when they're out together they can't stop singing. I thought it was so fantastic, I had to record it and upload it to YouTube.

"We thanked a few if them for their efforts later. Truly a brilliant start to the night; the boys did themselves proud."
